TAHCH is focused on ensuring home care and hospice patients have the care they need, when they need it. Unfortunately, Texas is currently failing both patients and home care providers. 

 

Burdened by stagnant funding, a dwindling workforce, COVID-19 challenges, particularly for medically vulnerable populations, and government red tape that hinders common sense solutions, the home care and hospice industry is at a crossroads, unable to adjust for the future. 

 

To address the immediate and long-term needs of the industry and ensure uninterrupted, high-quality care to the patients we serve, TAHCH is focused on legislative and regulatory priorities that would resolve these pressing issues for the future, at both the state and federal level.
